Sonic played a critical role in developing Conlio’s AI-powered tool for automated invoice reconciliation, leveraging Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Large Language Models (LLM) to efficiently detect discrepancies and potential savings in freight invoices. We handled the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies and designed a flexible document upload process that supports various formats, including PDFs, emails, and photos. This enables shippers to reduce manual errors, speed up processes, and lower logistics costs by up to 5%.
Additionally, Sonic was responsible for the concept and implementation of the MVP, ensuring that the complex reconciliation process was presented in a clear and user-friendly design. Through targeted product and technology decisions, we set the foundation for the platform’s future growth, including features like cash flow management. Sonic’s technical innovation and process optimization contribute to lasting efficiency improvements in the logistics sector.
