With expertise in both backend and frontend development, he plays a crucial role in driving our innovative projects. Moritz discovered his passion for computer science during his medical engineering studies, which led him to work at a leading healthcare company during and after his studies.

Before joining Sonic, Moritz was deeply involved in developing products that enable comprehensive body analysis, including systems for body composition, metabolism, and cardiovascular analysis. For his bachelor's thesis, he developed software that uses the Microsoft Azure Kinect DK depth camera to analyze body data and enhance existing analytical tools. This experience taught him the importance of precise and user-friendly software solutions. He now brings this perspective to his work at Sonic, where he focuses on developing user-centric applications that offer high technical quality and exceptional user experiences.

In his free time, Moritz is very active and enjoys bouldering, cycling, fitness training, and hiking. He also loves to continue learning and works on personal software projects to constantly expand his knowledge and skills.
