When TECE approached us, they had a clear product vision but lacked the necessary expertise and strategy to bring it to life from a software development perspective. We immediately engaged with their team to dive deep into the technical feasibility of the project, exploring the possibilities for designing a best-in-class user experience that would align with their vision.
To ensure all perspectives were considered, we prepared and conducted an intensive workshop that brought together all relevant stakeholders. This session was crucial in aligning their expectations and gathering their essential input on the optimal user journey, ensuring that every aspect of the product was meticulously planned and thought through.
From this session, we were able to derive a clear feature set, define the product scope, and establish a detailed timeline with key milestones. This strategic approach provided TECE with a comprehensive roadmap, setting them on a clear path to achieving their ambitious product vision.
Project Outline
We became aware of Sonic when a complex cloud application was being discussed at TECE, and we asked Sonic to conduct a workshop for the detailed planning of the application. The Sonic team quickly familiarized themselves with the subject matter and the internal processes at TECE, and conducted a detailed on-site workshop with the team, which all participants were very enthusiastic about. We were impressed by their professionalism, precision, and technical expertise, and we look forward to future collaboration opportunities.
