Lukas Minnebeck

About Lukas

Lukas is a co-founder at Sonic and specializes in product strategy and management. He leads the work streams at Milano Vice, Junto, and Storytide, overseeing all engineering work and coordinating these large-scale software products with our internal Sonic team and our partners' main stakeholders. He is also in charge of our first internal product, Supersonic, which makes it easier for engineers to interact with databases.

Before fully diving into the startup world, Lukas completed his Bachelor’s degree at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Afterward, he launched his product career at Gorillas, where he was responsible for a variety of internal and customer-facing product work streams, including the Picker app used in the warehouses and the promotion engine for the customer-facing app. Along the way, he co-founded Permastream, a SaaS company for online streaming.

Lukas has been located in Berlin since June 2022 and loves sports, whether it's weightlifting, running, or playing soccer. Besides work, he is a super fan of "The Huberman Lab" Podcast and enjoys reading a lot. His favorite book is "The Hard Thing About Hard Things" by Ben Horowitz.
